Dr Tom Martin qualified from the University of London in 2002 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists in 2008.  He has clinical experience from the UK, North America, Australia and New Zealand and is passionate about patient safety.  He has worked as a Consultant in Bristol and Plymouth and was appointed as a Consultant Anaesthetist at the Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust in 2013
