​Dr Christopher Day graduated from Bristol University medical school in 1987 and gained a doctorate (MD) by thesis in 1997. He trained in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine and was awarded by examination; MRCP 1990, FRCA 1993, Dip ICM 1998. In 2013 he was elected FFICM (Ad eundem). He became a consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital in 1999 since when he has maintained a widespread practice including general and regional anaesthesia both in the NHS and private sectors.
