Richard Telford qualified from the Medical College of St Bartholomew’s Hospital, University of London in 1981.

He trained in anaesthesia and critical care in London, Liverpool and North Carolina, USA for 9 years  before being appointed as a consultant in anaesthesia and critical care in Exeter in 1992.

 

He is currently Chairman of the Final Examination  for the Diploma of  Fellowship of Royal College of Anaesthestists (FRCA).
